1. Intellectual Property Assignment
Upon full payment of project invoices, Cyclora Tech LLP irrevocably assigns 100% full legal ownership of all custom source code, architecture diagrams, database schemas, and AI model weights created for the client.
2. SLA Guarantees & Code Warranty
All custom software delivered by Cyclora Tech LLP includes a standard 90-day defect warranty post-production launch. We guarantee 99.9% uptime compliance on managed cloud architecture setups under SLA agreements.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to protect proprietary technical data, trade secrets, and source code under mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
